Process Principle of Ultrasonic Welding

During an ultrasonic welding, mechanical vibrations move one part against the other under pressure, and this disrupts the oxide layer of both materials. When oxides are dispersed, atoms diffuse from one part to the other, and a true metallurgical bond is achieved.
